The seller chooses the Stock Token amount, total USDG price, payment count, deadline and reservation fee. Nothing changes after the buyer starts.
Each payment stays in the contract. On the final payment, the seller receives the USDG and the buyer receives the Stock Token in one transaction.
If time runs out, the seller recovers the token. The buyer receives paid USDG back, minus the stated reservation fee. The exact terms are visible before payment.
