How Until Paid works
A seller escrows a Stock Token amount and names a fixed USDG price. One buyer pays that price in two to twelve parts before a deadline. No oracle sets the sale price.
The transaction
- The seller approves and deposits the stated Stock Token amount. The seller chooses the total price, number of payments, deadline and fixed reservation fee.
- The first buyer to pay the first part becomes the only buyer for that offer. The buyer can make the remaining payments early.
- Payments stay in the contract. After the last part, it sends the full USDG price to the seller and the Stock Token to the buyer in the same transaction.
- Before a buyer starts, the seller may cancel and reclaim the asset. After the deadline, anyone may trigger expiry. The seller receives the locked token and the fixed reservation fee; the buyer receives the rest of the USDG paid.
Terms and limits
Reservation fee cannot exceed the first payment or five percent of the total price. A deadline must be more than five minutes and no more than ninety days after the offer is created. Active offers cannot be cancelled early by either party. The contract has no administrator, oracle, protocol fee or upgrade control.

Material risks
The contracts have not received an independent security audit. Smart-contract failure can cause loss. The seller locks the asset until sale or deadline; the Stock Token price may move while the fixed USDG price does not. A buyer who misses the deadline loses the stated reservation fee. USDG issuer, depeg, bridge and transfer restrictions may affect settlement. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities, not shares in the underlying company; eligibility and transfer rules depend on jurisdiction and issuer terms. The app does not provide liquidity or guarantee a buyer.
The Until Paid community token, if launched, is separate from this product and has no application utility.
